Pricing
Prices are reviewed periodically and subject to change without notice. Written
quotes will be honored through their expiration date regardless of pricing in
affect at time of order.
Custom orders may require a 50% deposit before we will begin processing the paperwork. If
a deposit is required it will be noted on your proposal.
Placing an Order or Order Revision
Orders and order revisions are most accurate when faxed. When
placing an order please include as much information as possible. Orders
will be reviewed by your outside salesperson who will contact
you with questions before processing the paperwork. It
is Creative Millwork’s preference that all orders and
order revisions be placed in writing, but we understand that
this is not possible in every situation so we do not require
it.
Delivery
All deliveries will come on a Creative Millwork LLC truck
unless other arrangements have been made such as delivery
by UPS for small orders. A delivery charge may be
included in your proposal depending on the distance involved
and the size of the order. All delivery dates and
times are subject to availability. We will do our
best to deliver your material on the date and time you
request but there are no guarantees.
There will be no deliveries on the following holidays: Memorial
Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Will Call
Customer pick-up from our warehouse is available from 7:30
AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Any other pick-up
must be arranged with your outside salesperson. If
possible, place your order ahead of time so that material
can be pulled and ready when you arrive.
Random Lengths
All material will be shipped random length unless specified. Creative
Millwork reserves the right to over ship up to 10%.
Specified Lengths
Specified lengths are available for a percentage up charge. The
up charge will vary depending on specie and is subject to
available material at time of order. Specified lengths
could increase the lead time. Creative Millwork will
not cut material to length.
Note: Raw Finger-Joint, Primed Finger-Joint,
and Ultra-Lite MDF are not available in specified lengths.
Custom Runs
Custom run profiles will be shipped in full. Overage
could be more then 10%.
Example: Order
20 LF of a custom profile. Only material available
for milling is 14/0 lengths. Creative will run and
ship 2-14/0 pieces which is a 40% over shipment.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests are required in writing. Orders
for millwork that Creative Millwork keeps in stock can be
cancelled at any time. Canceling non-stock items (includes
all special/custom order parts) will depend on each situation
but in most cases non-stock items cannot be
cancelled.
Order Revisions
Any changes made to an order that is in progress could incur
additional costs and delayed delivery.
Material Inspection
All orders received from Creative Millwork must be inspected
within 24 hours. Any problems brought to our attention
will be corrected as quickly as possible.
Materials are not necessarily ready for finishing; some
additional surface preparation may be required (i.e. sanding,
buffing, cleaning, ect...). Prior to finishing and/or
installation it is up to the user to determine if the material
meets their expectations. It is the responsibility
of the user to inspect the material before any additional
work is performed. If the material does not meet the
user’s requirements notify Creative Millwork immediately. Creative
Millwork will not be held responsible for any back charges
incurred for unauthorized repairs. Any material that
contains manufacturers’ defects must be returned to
Creative Millwork to determine if repairs can be made or
if the material needs to be replaced.
Returns
NO MERCHANDISE SHALL BE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM
CREATIVE MILLWORK. Your outside salesperson will
need to be contacted to schedule a pick-up. Only
stock material that is in resalable condition can be returned
for credit. Special order and custom run material
CANNOT be returned. Anything that was fabricated
or assembled in Creative Millwork’s shop CANNOT be
returned.
All stock material that can be returned needs meet the following
conditions to receive credit:
- Clean of drywall mud, caulk, or any other foreign material
on all sides
- Cannot be painted, stained, or primed unless material
was shipped prefinished or pre-primed
- No markings including pencil, crayon, or marker on all
sides
- No nail holes or nails and all ends need to be square
(no miters)
- Material cannot be older than 90 days
- Material has not been exposed to moisture or sun
- No modifications have been made to the material in any
way
- Primed Ultralite MDF needs to be in 16/0 lengths
Material that does not meet any of the above requirements
will be refused and left at the jobsite.

is subject to a restock fee at Creative Millwork’s
discretion. *
Invoicing
If you have any questions regarding invoices please contact
your outside salesperson. They will work through
your concern with you and correct any error that has been
made.
